MEET THE COACH

Coach Nick Capdepon is a former Division I Strength & Conditioning Coach with experience at both LSU and the University of Louisiana (Let’s GEAUX!). He’s trained elite athletes across Basketball, Tennis, Softball, Soccer, and Track & Field. Now, he runs Cap’s Sports Performance and has led CrossFit 337 for over a decade.

Youth Athlete Development

At Cap’s Sports Performance, we help young athletes build a strong foundation by focusing on body awareness, mobility, and basic movement patterns. Our training programs are designed to help kids understand the importance of proper movement early in their athletic journey.

High School, Collegiate, and professional Athlete Training

We offer specialized training programs for high school to professional athletes aiming to enhance their skills, strength, and performance in their respective sports. Our coaches use targeted techniques to help athletes excel in their chosen disciplines and increase their competitive edge.

Team Training Programs

Cap’s Sports Performance also provides group and team training sessions to enhance cohesion and improve overall team performance. Our coaches work with teams to develop strength, endurance, and communication, ensuring athletes perform at their best, both individually and as part of a team.
