CrossFit 337 Family,

First, thank you to everyone who took the time to fill out the survey. The amount of feedback we received was awesome, and it has us really excited about what’s coming next.

We’re already working on changes to class structure, coaching flow, and adding new equipment, all with the goal of making your hour in the gym more productive, more organized, and more enjoyable.

For new equipment, expect to see more turf in the gym for cool downs, sled pushes, and more :). We also have it in the plans to add more assault runners as soon as possible.

You should see these specific class changes take into affect starting tomorrow!

Our coaching staff also completed a survey and spent time talking through ways we can keep improving the class experience as a whole. A couple big themes came up that we wanted to share with everyone.

One is creating an environment where athletes can really focus during class. When everyone is able to pay attention during explanations and coaching moments, it helps the class run smoother and allows coaches to do what they do best, coach, correct, and keep everyone safe and moving well.

The other is maintaining a safe and comfortable gym floor during classes. We truly love the family atmosphere here and the fact that CF 337 feels like a community, not just a gym. In fact, that was one of the overwhelming positives that athletes spoke on for the survey.

At the same time, having young ones on the gym floor during class times can make it challenging for coaches to fully focus on coaching the class. We do have a room and benches available, and using those spaces helps us keep everyone safe while allowing coaches to give you their full attention. I ask that all parents for safety reasons please do not allow your child who is not CF 337 athlete to play on the machines, grab equipment, or participate in the class.

We’re excited about the direction CF 337 is heading and grateful to have a community that’s willing to give feedback and grow with us.

Thanks again for being part of CF 337.
